EVERYONE needs a BHAG. This m/c trip is ONE of mine. The phrase Big Hairy Audacious Goal, "BHAG" (BEE-hag) is a form of vision statement "...an audacious 10-to-30-year goal to progress towards an envisioned future." James Collins and Jerry Porras used this concept in their book Built to Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies. Another of my favorite business books is Focus - The Future of Your Company Depends On It by Al Ries. If I continue to focus on this 30,000+ mile BHAG, I may be adding pictures to this entry in the future.
